Biography:

Wes Alsup begins his first season with the ThunderBolts in 2011. He was signed by the team on May 24, 2011. Wes comes over from the Atlanta Braves system, where he was after he was picked up from the Joliet Jackhammers. Wes pitched in 15 games out of the Tennessee-Martin bullpen in 2010, going 1-0 with a 4.24 ERA and seven saves. He attended Wilson Central High School in Lebanon, Tennessee.
