The Windy City ThunderBolts host the 8th annual Big City Classic tonight @ 7:05 p.m. The Chicago Bravest Baseball Club will square off against the Philadelphia Fire Department in what's sure to be an action packed evening of baseball.
A special pre-game ceremony will take place @ 6:15 p.m. to honor 2 fallen firefighters from the Philadelphia Fire Department, Lt. Robert Neary and FF Dan Sweeney, who lost their lives in the line of duty on April 9th. Proceeds from this game will benefit the Local 22 Widows Fund for the Philadelphia Fire Department.
General Admission tickets are only $10.00. Fans will be treated to a spectacular fireworks show following the game courtesy of Dr. O and the Chicago Fix. In addition, there will be $1.25 domestic draft beers all evening. The game is being presented by Dr. O and the Chicago Fix, Tilted Kilt Chicago Ridge, Grant's Masonry, and the Chicago Fire Department's Local 2.
