Former Windy City ThunderBolts outfielder, Marcus Spencer has signed a contract with the Chicago White Sox. Since 2004, the Windy City ThunderBolts have had 21 players sign to a Major League team. Spencer's signing continues to add to a record breaking 2009 for the ThunderBolts by having 10 players acquired by a Major League organization from the 2009 roster
