Game start time changed to 6:05 pm - added post game fireworks show
With the move of the Rockford RiverHawks to the Northern League, the Windy City ThunderBolts are putting on a special event for the last time the two teams will face each other. On the final game of the year, Sunday, September 6th, the ThunderBolts are hosting a road trip to see the last game versus our rivals to the North.
With the ThunderBolts currently in first place of the West Division and Rockford playing for the wild card, the last game of the year should be pretty exciting with some playoff implications at stake. Now is the chance to go as a group and enjoy it with your fellow ThunderBolts fans.
Tickets for the “Road Trip” are a flat rate of $60.00. This ticket reservation includes sandwiches from Jimmy Johns, soft drinks, beer, t-shirt, and a ticket to the game to be played at Road Ranger Stadium. The bus will leave the Standard Bank Stadium parking lot at 3:00PM for the 6:05 game at Road Ranger Stadium and return following the game and post game fireworks show. (The bus will leave Rockford no later than Midnight)
