Fans holding tickets to any 2008 playoff game that was not played (game C from the Division Series and games G and H from the Championship Series) may return their tickets for a refund. The refund will be made in the matter that payment was received for the tickets (cash for cash payments, credit for credit card payments). If you paid for your tickets with a credit card, please brign this card back to the box office along with your tickets for the games that were not played.
Refunds will be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM beginning on Monday, September 22nd. All refunds must be claimed by Tuesday, September 30th. Fans not claiming refunds may instead exchange their tickets from the games that were not played for tickets to any 2009 regular season home game or have a credit made towards their 2009 season tickets or flex plans.
Unused tickets from games that were played at Standard Bank Stadium (games A, B, C, D, E, and F) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
