There will be further donations given out to the NPOs of individual contest winners.
Trinity Trolls Athletics has been selected to be one of the four non-profits taking part in the skills competition. Each of the five players on one of the four teams will be wearing special jerseys that feature the Trinity Christian logo. Fans can now purchase their own Trinity jersey with half of the proceeds going to the organization. The final participating non-profit and jersey for the July 11 Skills Competition will be announced later in the week.
Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights offers students the opportunity to take part in a rounded liberal arts education that equips them to build a life that matters. They get both the small college benefit of focused attention on their questions and passions combined with the opportunities of proximity to a big city.
The money raised through the skills competition will benefit the Trinity Christian athletic department. The Trolls compete in 14 intercollegiate sports and this year, they won the Five Star Institution Gold Award from the NAIA for promoting the five core values of respect, responsibility, integrity, servant leadership and sportsmanship.
The Frontier League Skills Competition begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday July, 11th. After the event, fans are invited onto the field to play catch and get autographs from all of the Frontier League all-stars. See you in July!
