May Fireworks Nights feature Fright Night, Star Wars, Salute to First Responders and Healthcare Workers03/09/2022 2:05 PM
The Windy City ThunderBolts are proud to announce our special promotions for the month of May! Thursday, May 12th at 7:05 pm – Opening Night 2022: The first 500 fans 21 years of age and older will receive a Pint Glass courtesy of Lakeshore Beverage! Amazing beer specials served all night long! $1.00 Retro Beers (Busch Light, Natural Light, Old Milwaukee). $2.50 Bud, Bud Light, Mic Ultra, PBR, Old Style 16 oz. cans & draft. All Seltzers and Craft Beer selections are just $3.75. Friday, May 13th at 7:05 pm – Fright Night with Postgame Fireworks: Halloween comes early in what will be one of the scariest nights of the season! Wear your favorite Hallowen costume to participate in our pregame parade at 6:30 pm (must be in line by 6:15). Candy will be available throughout the park for trick-or-treating. Famous horror movie scenes will be played on the videoboard (not too scary). In addition, watch out as lots of scary characters will be roaming throughout the park to keep you on your toes! Stick around after the game for our first fireworks show of the season! Saturday, May 14th at 6:05 pm – Crestwood Community Night with Postgame Fireworks: We invite the residents and businesses from our hometown to come out, watch their Bolts, and enjoy our famous postgame fireworks show. All fans are welcome and the village will announce details for Crestwood residents on how to get tickets for this night soon! May 18-19 and 25-26 at 10:35 am – School Days: We invite all schools to bring out their students to a special field trip at a baseball game at 10:35 am! We will have an educational & safety presence at the game to enhance the student's experience. Ask us about our special unbeatable bus rates available for schools coming out to the ballpark! Click HERE for the 2022 School Day Flyer Friday, May 27th at 7:05 pm – First Responders & Healthcare Workers Appreciation with Postgame Fireworks: Come out to the ballpark as we recognize EMTs, firefighters, paramedics, police officers, and members of the healthcare community on this special night that includes our world famous fireworks show. Local departments and medical facilities will be part of this special night. Anyone who purchases tickets can have proceeds go to various charities. More details on this night to be announced soon. Saturday, May 28th at 6:05 pm – Star Wars Night with Postgame Fireworks: Come dressed as your favorite Star Wars character, take part in a Chewbacca Roar Contest, and enjoy Star Wars' characters, themes, sights & sounds! Proceeds from ticket sales will be going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Finally do not forget that all kids can run the bases after every home game! The ThunderBolts open the 2022 season at Ozinga Field in Crestwood on Thursday, May 12th at 7:05 pm against the Joliet Slammers. The first 500 fans will recieve a pint glass from Lakeshore Beverage!
