Biography:

JJ Figueroa is in his second season with the ThunderBolts and third as a professional in 2025. He signed with the team on May 13, 2024 and appeared in 46 games for the '24 Bolts, hitting .193 with 16 RBIs. As a rookie with Cleburne in the American Association, he played in 44 games and batted .267 with five home runs.

Figueroa attended Lubbock Christian University and picked up one hit in 11 games played in 2020. He also played one year at Midland University, hitting .314 over 14 games. He attended Eastwood High School in El Paso, Texas.
