Biography:

Emmanuel Sanchez is in his second year with the ThunderBolts and sixth as a pro in 2025. He signed with the Bolts as a free agent on November 24, 2023 and hit .269 with 27 RBIs and 13 stolen bases in his first full season with the team. He spent 2023 with the Billings Mustangs of the Pioneer League and hit .299 with a .371 on-base percentage over 36 games.

Emmanuel began his career as a 17-year-old in 2019 when he was picked up by the Toronto Blue Jays and played for their Dominican Summer League team. He hit .264 there before coming to the United States in 2021. Over two seasons in the Blue Jays' minor league system, he played 63 games, peaking in Class A Dunedin. He had a cumulative .253 batting average and had 28 RBIs.
