Director of Media Relations Terry Bonadonna begins his 16th season with the ThunderBolts in 2024. Terry assists in baseball operations and oversees the ThunderBolts' gameday presentation departments including press box & scoreboard operations, game broadcast & streaming and all relevant audio/visual aspects at Ozinga Field. Terry spent 11 years as the club's primary broadcaster (2010-2020) being named Frontier League Broadcaster of the Year for the 2016 season. He was full-time with the club during the 2023 season being an instrumental part of the planning and execution of the 2023 Frontier League All-Star Game hosted by the ThunderBolts.
He graduated from Fenwick High School in 2006 and with a degree in Mass Communication from St. Xavier University in 2010. 2020 saw Terry complete his first published book in "A Wonderful Waste of Time." The 224-page treasure gives a behind-the-scenes look at the ThunderBolts' 2017 season from the front office to the press box. He is currently working on his second book, looking back on the Cubs and White Sox city-series played between 1903 and 1942. Finally, during the off-season you can find Terry on-the-air broadcasting various sports for both University of St. Francis and the UIC Flames.
