Special Assistance Tickets Policy

General Information and Ticketing

To make sure that only those that need special assistance seating use those sections, all purchases must be made in-person at the ballpark box office or by phone at 708-489-2255.
Special Assistance Seats are NOT SOLD online.
We highly recommend that guests with disabilities purchase their tickets in advance! While day-of-game sales for those who require special assistance usually are available, it can be a difficult process. Special requests and special assistance seating must be available a few hours before a game. Try to avoid day-of-game sales for these sections please!
Our special assistance sections consist of open spaces for either wheelchairs or portable seats. In most cases, companion podium box seats are next to the open spaces.

Special assistance seating is available on the Lower & Upper levels of the park. All these seats are behind protective netting and generally located around home plate.
Lower Level seats are located between Sections E through L, all on the concourse level ( $7^{\text{th}}$ row), and have between zero and four companion box seats depending on the section. Half of these seats are under cover from the elements.
Upper Level seats are located in front of Section FF. There are NO companion box seats and fold down chairs must be used for companions. ALL seats in this section have no cover. Elevator behind home plate is needed to access this level.

Although a few sections of our upper deck have elevator access, we highly recommend you purchase lower level seats if you struggle with stairs. If you have upper level seating and struggle with stairs, Sections FF and EE will have elevator access, but there are additional stairs once off the elevator reaches this section. Once again... if you struggle with stairs, please get lower level seating.

TICKET EXCHANGES ONLY: In the event a game is officially canceled or suspended due to inclement weather.

On Game Days: Box Office open at 9 AM Monday-Friday, 10 AM Saturday, and 12 PM Sunday, and closes 30 minutes after the game.
On Non-Game Days During Season: 9 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM Saturday, Closed Sunday.
Off-Season: 9 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday, Closed Saturday & Sunday.

Upon entry to the property, inform parking operations, operated by the Village of Crestwood, your accessible parking request. Accessible parking is located next to the ramp leading up into the box office and main gate.
Unfortunately, the facility's elevator does NOT go down to parking lot level and the use of our ramps is necessary to enter the facility. If assistance is needed to go up/down our ramps, please ask our team using or call 708-489-2255. We have motorized carts that can get you get from your vehicle up the ramp and vice versa. We do ask that you call ahead at least 10 minutes before you arrive. The closer to game time you arrive the longer it will take our staff to assist you. Please arrive early!
All Lower Level Special Assistance Seating is located on the concourse level. Once you enter, our gates you will not have to go up or down to your lower level seats.
Upper Level Special Assistance Seating is located in Section FF and requires an elevator to access these seats. The elevator is located behind home plate and you will need tickets to FF to enter the back section.
Our Box Office, Gift Shop, Concessions, Restrooms, Water Fountains, and Group Areas are all accessible.
Service animals utilized by guests with disabilities are welcome.
