Biography:

Justin Miller is in his eighth year as a professional baseball player and fifth with the Windy City ThunderBolts in 2024. He originally signed as a free agent on March 28, 2019 and appeared in 23 games out of the bullpen for that year's team, posting a 1-1 record and 5.23 ERA. Miller began the 2021 campaign with the Bolts, allowing only one run over ten innings before he was signed by the Milwaukee Brewers. He appeared in 19 games across three levels for the Brewers, peaking at Low-A Carolina.

Justin returned to the ThunderBolts for the 2022 season and appeared in 39 games, leading all relievers with 63 innings pitched. 2023 was his best season in a Windy City uniform as he led the team with 43 appearances and posted a 3.99 ERA over 49.2 innings.

He was a 12th round selection of the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2016 Amateur Entry Draft and spent the first three years of his career in the Phillies' organization, reaching as high as low-A Williamsport. In 32 games (4 starts), he posted a 4.33 ERA with 47 strikeouts. In 2018, he struck out 27 hitters in 28 innings. Justin was drafted out of Central Union High School in El Centro, California.
